You are successful because you are good at what you do and because you are an entrepreneur. Behavioral Interviewing is a proven successful method of Talent Selection. I have a DDI certification to practice and teach this method of interviewing and I believe strongly in it. The basic tenet is that past behavior is an effective predictor of future behavior. I have found this interview technique to be very effective in discovering true behaviors. The hard part is knowing the right questions to ask and asking enough of them to filter the real success from the fluff. That is where I can help.
